Scaling Multi-Regional Ecommerce Excellence
for Dubai-born underwear brand
About the project
In just 6 weeks, we successfully migrated Undrgoods from WooCommerce to Shopify, optimizing their multi-regional operations across the Gulf markets. The enhanced platform delivered improved page performance, streamlined inventory management, and better conversion optimization across three distinct regional stores.
About the client
Undrgoods is a homegrown Dubai-born brand specializing in premium lifestyle products with a focus on curated bundles and underwear product packs. Their mission is to make people "more comfortable in their skin, literally" through ridiculously comfortable, natural, 4-way stretch underwear and basics.
The brand operates across three distinct regional markets: the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia (SAR), and Kuwait (KWD). Each market requires specific payment systems, shipping logistics, and localized customer experiences while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
Client testimonial
We weren’t just looking for another development agency. We needed partners who truly get the Gulf market and could grow with us. Dinarys proved that from day one. Six weeks later, our entire technical foundation was transformed, and they’re still here, actively contributing to our expansion strategy. That’s the difference between a vendor and a true partner.

Strategic optimization opportunities
As Undrgoods rapidly expanded across multiple Gulf markets, they outgrew WooCommerce’s capabilities. Despite extensive optimization efforts, the platform’s inherent architecture couldn’t scale to meet their increasingly sophisticated business requirements. Our analysis identified several areas where strategic improvements could unlock additional business value:
Performance enhancement opportunities
The existing WooCommerce setup had room for significant performance optimization to better serve their growing customer base across the region.
Multi-store architecture refinement
An opportunity to create a more integrated approach to managing 3 separate regional stores (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait) within a unified ecosystem.
Advanced inventory management
Potential to implement more sophisticated cross-regional product bundle management to support their expanding catalog.
Enhanced product presentation
Collection pages could be optimized to better showcase product variations and improve customer discovery experience.
Regional payment processing optimization
Each market presented opportunities to implement more tailored payment methods and compliance frameworks.
Conversion pathway improvements
Various touchpoints in the customer journey could be refined to better support purchase completion.
