Flash Style recognized a critical transition period ahead as their existing Web2Print module approached planned discontinuation. They identified this as the perfect opportunity to enhance their platform capabilities while maintaining their strong market position.
Specifically, the company’s existing ordering processes had room for improvement in terms of user experience and payment flexibility. Additionally, existing manual document handling processes, while compliant, presented opportunities for greater efficiency and reduced administrative overhead. With their characteristic strategic approach, Flash Styles sought a comprehensive solution within a defined budget. We partnered with them to develop an advanced Magento 2 platform to address these optimization opportunities and introduced powerful new capabilities for sustained growth.
During our collaborative UX assessment, we worked with Flash Style to identify specific opportunities to improve the service for both business and individual customers.
